Rob Woe
Director & Co-Founder
Rob Woe is a Music Manager and A&R from Toronto, Canada. Rob’s career in the music industry began when his first client and close friend Vinny p/k/a “Rui” (f/k/a “VinnyxProd” and “Young Buddha”) produced Kodak Black’s breakout hit “No Flockin” in 2014. After graduating from Ivey Business School in 2015 and subsequently building his skillset in Music Management, Music Publishing, Business Operations, and Creative Development, Rob has focused on helping music creatives grow their careers and build successful businesses.
In addition to co-founding Prototype, Rob’s list of clients and partners include Grammy-Nominated and RIAA-Platinum music producers, songwriters, as well as groundbreaking music companies Kingsway Music Library and Kilometre Music Group. By bridging the gap between business and music, Rob helps the creatives he works with perform at their best, get compensated fairly and find fulfilment by carving their own lanes in the music industry.
Jun “Chris” Kim
A&R Director & Co-Founder
Jun Ha “Chris” Kim (aka. CVRE) is a Grammy-Nominated Record Producer, A&R, Songwriter, Sound Designer, and Multi-Instrumentalist. Best known for his work on Justin Bieber's singles "Get Me" (feat. Kehlani) and “Freedom” (Ft. BEAM) as a producer, songwriter, and background vocalist, he has also worked with other major artists including Kanye West, Juice WRLD, Don Toliver, Russ, Lil Durk, and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie. Chris’s work has been featured in shows and documentaries such as Grown-ish (ABC), Twenties (BET), and Look Mom I Can Fly (Netflix).
Chris’s ability to play multiple instruments and having perfect pitch allows him to create unique sonics that has caught the attention of many industry creatives. As a protégé of Ging (f/k/a Frank Dukes), CVRE has collaborated with major producers such as Boi-1da, Wheezy, Vinylz, London On Da Track, and OG Parker. Through his musical work, executive production, and mentorship, Chris has helped numerous Canadian artists, producers, and songwriters launch and grow their careers.
Keiley Sierra
Creative Director
Keiley Sierra is a Creative Director and Music Manager who loves bringing ideas to life through storytelling and world-building.
As a multimedia artist, she collaborates closely with talents including Aaron Paris, Strings From Paris and Ankur Sinha. In addition to her creative direction work, she co-manages Strings From Paris and consults for companies such as Kilometre Music Group.
Alex Stojanovic
Head of Artist Development
With over 25 million streams under his belt, Alex transitioned into A&R and artist development, interning at Sony Music Canada and working at BSTL (RCA Records) alongside Grammy-winning producer Neenyo where he would A&R several artists, including Samaria, Alice Aera, and Grammy-nominated producers Har2Nok, Nxghts, and Topflr. Building on his diverse industry experience, Alex would dig deeper into artist management picking up Alt-Pop/Rock artist MICO and later joining Prototype to develop emerging R&B talent Ethan Low. With his unique lean forward approach, Alex aims to bring out the best in every artist and producer that he works with.
